The limited leap pools include Saber and Archer. The pools will open on July 11th and will remain available long-term, not closing with the end of the version.
After the limited leap pools open, you can directly claim the 5-star character Archer from the event page. Additionally, by spending a total of 200 Star Rail tickets in version 3.4, you can obtain the limited 5-star Light Cone “The Hell Where Ideals Burn (The Hunt),” which is perfect for Archer's progression.

Phainon
Rarity: 5 Stars

Path: The Destruction
Official Team Composition: Phainon + Sunday + Bronya + Gallagher
Unique Mechanism: Phainon gains a Spark by using his combat skill, or when allies or enemies target him. These Sparks are used to activate his ultimate skill.
During his ultimate skill, Phainon fights solo against all enemies while his teammates are off the field. He gains significant boosts to his HP and attack power, which he can retain. His skill set upgrades to three abilities: area damage, enemy pull with self-defense and counterattack, and a bouncing, area-of-effect attack that consumes special layers. Once the special phases are used up, Phainon deals area damage and ends his transformation.
Saber
Rarity: 5 Stars
Element: Wind
Path: The Destruction
Official Team Composition: Saber + Tribbie + Sunday + Huohuo
Unique Mechanism: Saber's attacks and teammates' ultimate skills can stack Core Resonance for Saber, increasing the damage of her combat skill and energy recovery. When energy recovery overflows through this method, Saber will immediately take action. Her ultimate skill is a classic EX Caliburn, enhancing her next normal attack to deal area-of-effect damage.
Archer
Rarity: 5 Stars

Path: The Hunt
Official Team Composition: Archer + Fugue + Feixiao + Luocha
Unique Mechanism: Archer's combat skill requires 2 skill points, but the advantage is that the turn doesn't end, allowing continuous skill usage by consuming skill points. The ultimate skill is the classic Infinite Blade Works, which also restores the passive talent, enabling Archer to perform additional attacks when teammates attack and recover skill points.

Upgrade Plan for Old Characters
Silver Wolf: The Silver Wolf's ultimate skill now reduces enemies' defense in an area, while his combat skill prioritizes adding a weakness to the first enemy. He gains extra energy at the start of battle and on his turn, and can transfer added weaknesses when enemies are defeated.
Blade: All skill values are now based on higher multiples of his HP, and his talent allows for additional energy recovery during pursuits.
Kafka: His combat skill now detonates DoT effects in an area. Additional attacks can be triggered by any teammate's skill and also detonate DoT effects. His ultimate skill restores the uses of his additional attacks.
