Dahlia's Information

Dahlia is a 4-star Hydro character who wields a sword. According to current lore, he serves as an acolyte in the Church of Favonius, working alongside Barbara and Rosaria. Available information suggests he not only acts as a messenger of Barbatos but also has personal ties to Venti, hinting at a far more significant background than meets the eye.

About Design-wise: Dahlia draws inspiration from gothic aesthetics, featuring heterochromia—one lavender-colored eye and the other gray. His cape resembles bat wings when spread, evoking a vampiric aura.

Normal Attack:Favonius Bladework - Ritual

Normal Attack

Performs up to 4 rapid strikes.

Charged Attack

Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash 2 rapid sword strikes.

Plunging Attack

Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Elemental Skill: Immersive Ordinance

「Time for a fun little trick! 」

Summons the Mist-Rain Mystery in different ways depending on whether you Tap or Hold it.

• Tap

After a short prayer, summons the Mist-Rain Mystery in front of him.

• Hold

Engages in continuous prayer, and when done, summons forth a Mist-Rain Mystery in the designated position.

Mist-Rain Mystery

When opponents or nearby party members touch the Mist-Rain Mystery, different effects will occur depending on the one who touches it:

If an opponent touches the Mystery, it will explode and deal AoE Hydro DMG to nearby opponents.

If a nearby party member touches it, it will bounce the one who touches it high in the air.

(Mentions!:Only 1 Mystery summoned by Dahlia himself can be on the field at once)

Elemental Burst: Radiant Psalter

「Appeals to the divine with earnestness and song!」

Dealing AoE Hydro DMG to nearby opponents and granting his party members Favonian Favor, summoning a Shield of Sacred Favor.

The Shield of Sacred Favor's DMG absorption is based on Dahlia's Max HP, and it will absorb Hydro DMG with 250% effectiveness.

Favonian Favor

While this effect is active, 1 Benison stack may be consumed to summon a new Shield of Sacred Favor when an existing Shield expires or is broken via DMG.

Dahlia can obtain Benison via the following methods:

• He will gain 1 Benison stack when his own active party member hits opponents 4 times with Normal Attacks while affected by Favonian Favor.
• After triggering the effect of his Passive Talent, "The Wind's Gentle Grace" (You must first unlock this Passive Talent.)

(Mentions!:Dahlia can gain a maximum of 5 Benison stacks per Favonian Favor duration.)

 

Dahlia's Talents

Passive Talent:Daylight Breeze

During the day(06:00–18:00), all party members gain the "Swift Stride" effect:

▶ Increases Movement SPD by 10%

▶ Effect cannot stack

Restrictions:

Does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or Spiral Abyss.

Ascension Talent 1:The Wind's Gentle Grace

When characters affected by the Favonian Favor effect of the Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter trigger Frozen, they will grant Dahlia 2 Benison stacks. This effect can trigger once every 8s.

When a character affected by the Favonian Favor effect of the Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter trigger Frozen:

• Grants Dahlia 2 Benison stacks
• Trigger cooldown: Can occur only once every 8 seconds

Ascension Talent 2:Prayer of Well-Wrought Joy

When your active party member is affected by the Favonian Favor effect of the Elemental Burst "Radiant Psalter":

Increases Attack SPD based on Dahlia's Max HP.

▶ Grants 0.4% Attack SPD per 1,000 Max HP.

▶ This effect can increase Attack SPD by a maximum of 15%.

 

Constellations

• 1 Infallible Procession

Each time Dahlia gains 1 of his Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter's Benison stack, he will regain 2 Elemental Energy.

• 2 Revelation of Mercy

After Dahlia consumes his Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter's Benison stack(s) to summon a Shield of Sacred Favor, the character protected by said Shield will gain 25% increased Shield Strength for 12s.

• 3 Windblume Offertory

Increases the Level of Radiant Psalter by 3.

Maximum upgrade level is 15.

• 4 Collect of the Assembly

The Favonian Favor from Dahlia's Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter lasts 3 more seconds.

• 5 Let It Be Subtly So

Increases the Level of Immersive Ordinance by 3.

Maximum upgrade level is 15.

• 6 You Shall Go Out With Joy

The current active character affected by the Elemental Burst Radiant Psalter's Favonian Favor has their ATK SPD increased by 10%.

Additionally, when an active character affected by Favonian Favor falls, immediately:

▶ Revive them.

▶ Restore their HP to 100%.
